Sodyo Coupon Module is a great deal for our partners

The next stop on our new features roadmap is the coupon module. As Sodyo evolves beyond “enabler” status into an end-to-end interactive content solution, introducing the coupon module is one more big way that we are helping partners capitalize better on our scanning technology.

Similar to the Sodyo polling module, the coupon module takes customers who scan one of our Sodyo Markers directly to a coupon code that can be downloaded onto their smartphone. Viewers can then redeem the code at either an online store or a brick-and-mortar retailer. It eliminates the need for consumers to SMS or type a URL to access our partners’ special deals and offers. 

The coupon module creates additional monetization opportunities with the optional sponsorship field, a space that can be sold to advertisers and appears at the bottom of the page when the coupon code is displayed. Sponsorship fields can display text, images, or both.

Partners can also choose to have coupon offers triggered by specific events - for example, the deal only becomes available when the home team scores, and the sponsorship section could then drive users back to the team’s website or store. 

Within the coupon module, there are options to customize the coupon layout and design to comply with our partners’ branding guidelines. Five design and color palette presets are offered, with the option to fully customize using brand-specific hex or RGB codes.

The header image or video, badge, terms and conditions, call to action, and even the prefix of the code are all customizable by the user. There is also the option to override the entire code in favor of a fully custom code if needed - just coordinate with us and we’ll make it happen!
